Raw materials
A rigorous selection of raw materials operated in our products is made since the selection in the laboratory, to the referencing of the suppliers by our purchasing department. A plan of controls at the reception step allows to validate the stake in stock.

Production
All processes are subjected to piloting. A HACCP completes needs in food safety.
Products are systematically controlled before expedition according to a plan of control.
