Our activity began in 1964, by supplying flavours and ingredients to ice-cream and pastry artisans makers.

Of excellent reputation, Sévarome produces high-quality products, whose fame extended throughout France and Foreign markets. In 1989, the company was bought by an international German trust, to diversify its activities.

On June 2001, Sévarome was bought back by the French Baube Company and by Mr Gérard TRIVIER. The managing director when Sévarome was owned by German Company. Isabelle TRIVIER, his wife heads the export department at Sévarome. She is the founder' grand-daughter.

Today, Sévarome is an integrated company, having all its know-how and core competence within Yssingeaux's site (just near St-Etienne and Lyon) France.

Sévarome increases its reputation in the supplying of high-quality products to users of very high reputation: hotel business, restaurants, as well as catering, pastry, ice-cream, and sweet makers.

At the same time Sévarome developed an expertise in the conception of its owns products, created a laboratory intended for the creation and development of products specific to the users.

Our ranges of products is split into 3 different categories: flavours, nut pastes prepared, aromatic ingredients, texturing and stabilising agents, colorings.
In line with this, new strategy to accumulate know how and progress, one has evolved towards supplying aromas designed for industrial manufacturers of sweet foods.

Two surrounding areas of market different but rich in education and force of proposition crossed.

We are one of the first to guarantee quality ISO 9001. We passed the level of excellence in 1997, allowing us to answer any needs in any fields.
A strategic axis allows the distribution of our products in France and Export.
